It was summer. My family was gathered around the campfire in our backyard and they all listened as I told a story.

I have always gotten lost in the magical realms that existed only in my mind, but that night the idea of “storyteller” truly settled inside of me and it felt right.

I believe that storytelling is a creative endeavor worth experimenting with. As a writer I wind fantasy and magic with the deep themes of reality – dark paths and tragic endings included. What kind of book do I write? Think a blend of J. R. R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, and Brandon Sanderson!

As an indie author, I am excited to share my self-publishing journey and partner with other writers to grow with them.
